SEBI vide its circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated November 03, 2021 read with circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD_RTAMB/CIR/2021/687 dated December 14, 2021 has mandated the furnishing of PAN, Nomination (for all eligible folios), Contact Detail, bank account details and Specimen Signature by all holders of physical shares.

All holders of physical shares are requested to submit aforesaid documents along with prescribed forms to our RTA – Mas Services Limited at T-34, 2nd Floor, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi - 110 020, Email ID: info@masserv.com.

Any service requests or complaints received from such holder(s) / claimant(s), shall not be processed till PAN, KYC and Nomination documents/details are received.

Further the folios, wherein any one of the cited documents/details would not be available on or after April 01, 2023 shall be frozen.
